Sometimes we are in a bubble
A bubble of thoughts
This bubble could be either from the past or from the future..
Most of the times I have observed that we are constantly creating bubbles.
And floating around in our own time.
Pain comes to us when we open our eyes and stay with whatever is happening. We don’t want to stay in touch with pain. As a human being we are trained to escape or avoid pain right from birth.
The moment we decide to face pain and stay with it that’s when present moment awareness starts to seep in. All that we are expected to do in the present moment is breathe.
All that we do is create bubbles. Most of the times the bubbles are painful ones. But we use it like a protection to avoid facing reality.
Do you need guts to break the bubble?
Just breathe and blow it away..
Slowly you will start savoring the beauty of the present moment and pain will glide away.
